Yes, to minimize wait times and ensure service availability, booking in advance is essential. We deeply respect our clients' time and kindly ask for advance notice of any cancellations. If you cannot make your appointment, please inform us in advance out of consideration for other clients waiting to secure bookings with us.

Appointments are exclusively reserved for you. Kindly provide 24-hour advance notice for cancellations to avoid any charges.

ARRIVAL TIME We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. 

LATE ARRIVAL Arriving late may impact the quality of your experience. Please note that late arrivals will not extend the scheduled treatments. Services will be provided for the remaining appointment time, and full payment will still be required. 

If you anticipate being late, please contact us to prevent service refusal.

You will be guided through an initial assessment of your health conditions, allergies, and medications to evaluate possible contraindication. 

A treatment consent will be asked. Please note, as we are not a medical facility, this is a necessary precaution protocol for your safety.
